A group of eight robbers entered the shop posing as customers but soon attacked the staff and attempted to loot the premises. While trying to escape, the police arrived at the scene and confronted the robbers. In response, the robbers fired shots into the air, prompting a gunfight with the police. This swift action prevented the robbers from looting the entire shop, but they still managed to escape with partial stock valued at approximately ₹3 crore.
The case presented multiple challenges in establishing the exact quantity of the stolen goods. However, through diligent documentation, analysis, and strategic negotiation, we successfully managed to settle the claim for ₹2.5 crore.
